Misty Krasawski is the founder and editor of It's a Beautiful LIfe, and so grateful to be on this journey with these wonderful women! Wife to Rob and mama to eight precious children plus two beautiful daughters-in-law, she spends her free time (!) trying to avoid the laundry by reading classic books, painting watercolors, lighting too many candles, baking copious amounts of cookies, and studying as much theology as she can lay her hands on. She loves encouraging people to chase the dreams God has placed in their hearts, preferably over steaming cups of tea and coffee and probably something chocolate.
Kirstyn is a homeschooling mom, and habitual entrepreneur who loves everything crafty, artsy, and Disney related. Her 6 kids range from 3 to 16 years old, and her husband is sometimes considered her 7th child, but she won't give his age. She teaches piano and voice lessons, directs a Children's Choir, and runs a successful direct sales business. Her world was recently rocked when God called HER to Missions in India, teaching her amazing lessons there. That event has set her life on a new, exciting journey of leaving her "YES" on the table for God, and seeing His amazing plans unfold.
Kristen is a compassionate gal who will love, cry, be silly with, and encourage other ladies in life, because girls need each other along the way! She enjoys the presence and snuggles of her husband, five precious arrows, and loads of girl time with lots of coffee and sisters she choose for herself--all wrapped up in the same week, preferably! Kristen is wife to the most kind-hearted, giving man and partner in life who paired with Jesus to rescue and redeem her many years ago! A best friend and teammate, for sure he is, because no other man would be as brave and as excited as he to have quadruplets and another baby just two and a half years later with her! A journey it has been and a journey it will be, but with Jesus and family by her side, "A Wonderful Life" it's planned to be!
Valerie is loved, forgiven, and redeemed by her Savior, and enjoys southern living with an active household of children ranging from 1st to 11th grade. Her husband is the calm to her storm, keeping her safe from some of her more harebrained schemes. Her favorite phrase for her home is "Love & Laughter is spoken here (among many other shouted phrases!)".
Lisa is perfectly imperfect homeschooling mom of three amazing kids and wife to her bestest friend in the whole wide world. She finds tremendous joy in being a mom and everything that goes with it; dirty dishes, piles of laundry…all of it. Okay, so that part is probably not true, but to her, being a mom and a maker of the home is the best thing ever. It’s not uncommon to find her getting emotional over a beautifully set table or toting around her favorite camera, just waiting to pounce on the next memory worth capturing. Lisa likes to laugh a lot and she breaks out her craft supplies whenever she can. She lives and loves passionately, forgives easily, fails daily, and is accepted completely, flaws and all, by the One who loved her first and loves her most.
I'm a Missional Momma (BioFostAdopt) of a neurologically diverse family of 8, and our 6 kids keep my husband & I (of 17+ years!) on our toes! Together, Brad and I homeschool our kids and disciple them as God has called us to do as Christians. We are no stranger to special needs, and we love how God has knitted us together with all the quirks and challenges! GRACE! JOY! COFFEE!
Charlotte is a Jesus-following, homeschooling mom of five, and still gets weak in the knees over her husband of 18 years. Charlotte believes that everyone needs a cheerleader and loves to encourage others on their journey. She lives in Florida with extended family all around her but dreams of the changing seasons of North Carolina and Tennessee.
Jamie is a homeschooling mom to two great young men and wife to Tom, a veteran and current fire fighter. Her heart is to raise her boys to love the Lord, to serve area moms in their motherhood journeys and homeschooling adventures, and enjoy life with her family. She has organized home school groups, events, ministries, and even her schoolroom. She speaks Truth in love with grace, which makes her the go-to momma for others.
Rebecca is first and foremost a daughter of the King and considers herself a princess in every sense of the word! She's been wife for 17 years to Chris; a homeschooling mama to 3 amazing kiddos, Alexia, Seth, and Evan; a servant and youth mentor at church; a tutor for Classical Conversations; a taxi service for her children; and more. She enjoys decorating, homemaking, crafting, cooking, cake decorating, reading, shopping, and just generally making everything beautiful! A survivor of childhood abuse and an overcomer of severe depression in her early years of adulthood, she has a powerful burden for women and children who find themselves in abusive and hopeless situations. She dreams about publishing books on Christmas and home decorating, working to rescue and treat hurting women and children, and owning a ranch for full time ministry and outreach. "
